Kicker Arenacross crowns AMA National Champions in Amarillo, TX

Amarillo, TX (March 9, 2020) – For the first time, the Kicker Arenacross was host to the AMA National Arenacross Championship in Amarillo, Texas on Saturday. With the Pro National Champion, Kyle Peters, securing his top spot in Salt Lake City, Round 12 in Amarillo was all about the amateurs.

To race in the AMA National Arenacross Championship, racers had to qualify by finishing in the top 12 at one of the previous 11 rounds in the 2020 series. In total, 19 classes were awarded to amateurs who won the coveted AMA National Champion title on Saturday night.

Schoolboy 12-17 years – Ryan Zawacki

Collegeboy 16-24 years – Koree Green
Vet 25 years + – Cory Stogden
Vet 30 years + – Bryan Jackson
Vet 40 years + – Bryan Jackson
Women 12 years + – Malisa Brauch
