The AMA Amateur National Arenacross Championship is one of only two opportunities all year to earn an official AMA #1 plate — carrying the same prestige as the legendary Loretta Lynn's Amateur National. Compete under the lights at the world-famous Lazy E Arena in a 3-moto format that ensures plenty of track time for all.

No — every event is stand-alone! You can enter any qualifying event without committing to the entire series. Each event winner earns an automatic spot at the National Championship.

No — gates are now earned! You must qualify through an official pathway. Last-chance races exist but spots are extremely limited (2-4 per event). We strongly encourage qualifying through the series.

YES! Watch the pros race on Friday night, then the rest of the weekend is dedicated to amateur competition. See the pros, then compete for your own #1 AMA plate!

The Championship is at Lazy E Arena in Guthrie, Oklahoma on February 21-22, 2026. This is where #1 AMA National Plates are awarded — rivaling Loretta Lynn's in prestige!

We expect 50-60 riders total on the gate. This includes automatic qualifiers, Top 5 point earners, last-chance winners, and Alliance partner qualifiers. Limited gates keep competition elite!

GT Arenacross is the Regional Series (heartland events). AMA Arenacross is the National Series (North, West, East regions). Both offer qualification through the Arenacross Alliance partnership.
