Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility: This contest is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Entry Period: The contest begins on October 1, 2023 and ends on January 31, 2024.

How to Enter: To enter the contest, complete the entry form on the designated landing page with accurate and complete information, including your first name, last name, zip code, email, phone number and your choice of the Arenacross event you wish to attend from the provided menu.

Random Drawing: Each month, one winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place within seven (7) days following the end of each month.

Notification of Winners: The selected winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry within seven (7) days of the drawing date. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize: The prize consists of a pair of tickets to an Arenacross event of the winner’s choice from the current schedule, subject to availability. The prize does not include transportation, accommodation, or any other expenses related to attending the event.

Promotional Use: By participating in this contest, you grant Arenacross the right to use your name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest.

Compliance: This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Disqualification: Arenacross reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or submitted with false information.

Modification or Cancellation: Arenacross reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

Privacy: Any personal information submitted by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this contest and will be subject to Arenacross’s privacy policy.

Winner’s List: To obtain the name of the contest winner, send a written request to AX Promotions LLC, 35175 W Highway 66, Bristol, OK 74010 within 30 days of the drawing date.
