Please read all of the information in its entirety. This will ensure you have a successful and seamless race weekend.

  • This is not an AMA sanctioned event. You do not need an AMA membership to race.
  • We will not use transponders at this event.
  • At the door registration will be offered on race day, but at an increased cost. We encourage everyone to register online at their earliest convenience. Please read the 'Registration Cost & Details' tab below for more information.
  • Pit Pass wristbands will be $25/day or $35/weekend - please read 'Pit Pass Pricing & Information' tab below for additional details regarding who needs a pit pass wristband.
  • Racer Pit Gate will open Thursday at 2 pm.  If you arrive prior to that time we ask that you park in the RV Park until we are fully open and ready for racers.  If you need information on RV hook ups please call the park @ 505-722-3839
  • The Racer Pit Gate will CLOSE Thursday night at 10 pm and Friday night after the spectators have cleared out at approximately 10 pm.  If you arrive after that time please make other arrangements as you will not be allowed to enter until we open the next morning at 9 a.m.

In order for Kicker Arenacross to continue to provide you with the best racing, we encourage every racer to register online. Knowing how many racers to expect helps us better prepare in many areas. Keep in mind that if you register online but then find that you cannot attend the event we will gladly give you a full refund (refunds must be requested by email to contact@kickerarenacross.com 24 hours before the event starts).

Early Bird - Amateur - $40 | Pro - $50

Standard - Amateur - $50 | Pro - $60

At the Door - Amateur - $65 | Pro - $75

Early Bird Registration will close on Thursday, June 30th at midnight.
Standard Pricing will last Friday, July 1st - Thursday, July 14th at midnight
At the Door Registration is open from 9 AM to 9:30 AM on race day

Registering online is the easiest most cost efficient way for you to enter Kicker Arenacross events.
We will gladly refund 100% of your every fee if you are unable to attend the event and give us a written request (by email) at least 24 hours to the first race day of the event weekend.

Those who register at the event are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason.

We have increased at the door registration in an effort to encourage you to register online. If you are unable to attend the event, we will refund your online registration.

PIT PASSES:

$25 one day

$35 weekend

Everyone (including racers)  must have a pit pass if they intend to be in the venue/facility during the race day.  You do NOT need a spectator ticket for the main show if you have a pit pass wristband

The pit pass does NOT give you access to the staging (starting gate) area.  Each racer is allowed 1 support person to accompany them to the starting gate.

12 PM - Amateur Heat Race Order Posted

* if needed, Amateur LCQ races will be immediately after heats

4 PM - Pro Practice

5 PM - Main Races (for any classes with fewer than 5 racers)

6:30 PM - Staging for Main Races

7 PM - Main Racers for Amateurs &  Pros (plus pro heats)

This schedule is for both Friday & Saturday in Gallup, New Mexico.

Important Information to know on Race Day:

*for classes with fewer than 6 racers, mains may be run @ 5 pm (please check with office)

*Racers must check the heat order at Noon to make sure they are entered correctly or they may not be able to race  in their heat

*Racers must check Heat results to see if they are required to race in an LCQ

*LCQ’s will run immediately after the heat races.  You must show up on time or you will be disqualified

*No classes changes are allowed after 11:30 am & can only be made at the registration office

*Trophies must be picked up approximately 15 minutes after the completion of your main race

*Registration Office (including trophy pick up and pro payout) closes 30 minutes after the completion of the last race.  We will NOT mail trophies so please pick yours up right after your main race

All Pro Racers MUST check in for each event day by 3 PM. Regardless of whether you are part of a team, a privateer or registered online. Upon your arrival, please check in at the registration area.
